Travel Class
Singapore Airline has four travel class options:
Economy Class: The passengers are provided with three fare options within Economy Class.
Lite: This fare option allows the passengers to carry one check-in baggage which can weigh up to 30kgs and one hand baggage with a 50% allowance of miles points. Rescheduling of the ticket is available at nominal charges.
Standard: This fare option allows the passengers to carry one check-in baggage which can weigh up to 30kgs and one hand baggage with a 75% allowance of miles points. The miles points can be used to upgrade the ticket. Passengers are allowed to choose their seats prior to the flight departure. Rescheduling and cancellation of the ticket with the refund are available at nominal charges.
Flexi: This fare option allows the passengers to carry one check-in baggage which can weigh up to 35kgs and one hand baggage with a 100% allowance of miles points. The miles points can be used to upgrade the ticket. Passengers are allowed to choose their seats prior to the flight departure. Rescheduling of the ticket can be done free of charge and cancellation of the ticket with refund is available at nominal charges.
Premium Economy: The passengers are provided with two fare options within Premium Economy Class.

First Class: The passengers are allowed to carry one check-in baggage that can weigh up to 50kgs and one hand baggage with an allowance of 200% miles points. The passengers can select their preferred seat in advance. While rescheduling of the ticket is free of charge, cancellation with refund is chargeable.
Singapore Airlines Student Discount
Singapore Airlines offers a 10% discount on Economy and selected Premium Economy fares for students. Eligibility requires KrisFlyer membership, enrollment in an eligible institution, and valid student documents. The offer includes flexible booking for up to 12 months and complimentary booking changes.
Frequent Flyer Program
Kris Flyer is the frequent flyer program for Singapore Airlines. Members can earn mileage points by flying with the airline. These points can be redeemed for award tickets, award upgrade, value-added services. The mileage points can also be earned with the nation- airline partners in Hotels, Banks, Telecommunications, Car Rentals, Travel agencies etc. The points can also be used to gift flight tickets to loved ones. There are three levels of membership- Krisflyer, Krisflyer Elite Silver, Krisflyer Elite Gold.
Baggage allowance
Passengers with Economy class ticket and Premium Economy ticket can carry one hand baggage of 7 kg and two check-in luggage which weigh up to 23kgs each. For Business Class ticket and First Class ticket, passengers are allowed to carry two hand baggage of 7kgs each and two check-in luggage which can weigh up to 32kgs each.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
In-Flight Services
Singapore Airlines provides for exquisite delicacies, snacks, meals along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and special meals for passengers with religious, dietary, allergic or infant specifications. Passengers can pre-book their meals 24hrs prior or purchase it on board the flight. The airlines provide for a wide range of entertainment and leisure activities through the numerous movies, shows, music and games available onboard.
Onboard support
Singapore Airlines provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with a wheelchair and/or Ambulift services during the flight.
Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Singapore Airlines’s sales ’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
