Emirates is the largest airline in the Middle East based in Garhoud, Dubai. The airline is a subsidiary of The Emirates Group, which is owned by the Government of Dubai's Investment Corporation of Dubai. It operates in more than 150 cities in 80 countries across six continents through its fleet of nearly 300 aircraft with over 45,000 employees.

Emirates is currently flying to 157 destinations worldwide, including prominent cities in India, the United States, Australia and Europe.
Class of travel
Customers can choose from 4 classes when travelling with Emirates:
Economy class: Passengers can enjoy a comfortable seat during their flight and several in-flight entertainment and services, including onboard Wi-Fi, thousands of TV channels, delectable meals and so on.
Premium economy class: Passengers can enjoy a spacious cabin at the front of the aircraft with premium leather seats, cushioned leg rest and a six-way adjustable headrest and recline. Personalised services are provided onboard, such as special regional meals, endless movie choices in 13.3 inch HD TV that they can connect with Bluetooth headphones, and upgraded Wi-Fi with higher speed service. They also have greater priority to exit the aircraft.
Business class: Passengers can enjoy the airport and the onboard lounge. Once they are on board, they can enjoy a seat that seamlessly reclines into a fully flat bed with a soft, comfy mattress and a cosy blanket for a good rest. Inflight entertainment is also provided. They can also request a complimentary chauffeur-drive service once they arrive at the airport.
First class: Passengers can enjoy a private suite where they can slide the doors to their seats closed and the seats can be converted into a fully flat bed and they can ask the cabin crew to make up the sheets for a restful night's sleep. They can also enjoy sumptuous à la carte cuisine with tasty snacks and experience a personal dining service. They are also provided with in-flight entertainment with superior quality, such as onboard shower spa, onboard lounge, and many more.
Check-In
You can check-in online 48 hours ahead of your flight. You can also choose your desired seat, meals, and you can also take advantage of the last-minute upgrade options.
Refund & Cancellation
Emirates offers a full refund as long as it’s within the conditions of your fare conditions. Even if your flight hasn’t been cancelled, you can still request a refund.
To cancel your tickets:
1.Head to "Manage your booking" on the Emirates' website
2.Enter your last name and booking reference
3. Retrieve booking
4. Select and cancel your flight
If you wish to refund your flight ticket, you can do so by following these steps:
1.Go to the “Request a refund”
2. Before you complete the form, check the terms and conditions of the refund process
3. Type in your booking details.
4. Type in your personal details.
5. Select your refund request type.
6. Type in your ticket details.
7. Select how you paid for your ticket.
8. Click ‘submit’.
If you had booked your flight tickets through a travel agent, use the refund form if you bought your ticket more than 24 months ago. If you bought your ticket within the last 24 months, contact your travel agent for a refund.
Emirates also has another cancellation option for you to keep your ticket for a future flight. You can use your ticket at any time in the next 24 months. It will not cost you an extra charge to change your flight or destination.
Baggage Allowance
Your baggage allowance depends on where you’re travelling, your fare, and your travel class. Free baggage allowance is based on either the total amount of weight or on how many pieces of luggage you have. This is called the weight concept and piece concept. The weight concept applies to most routes. However, the piece concept applies only on flights to and from the Americas and Africa.
Weight Concept: You can check in as many bags as you like up to the weight allowance for your travel class. Baggage allowance for economy class starts from 20kg-35kg, Business class 40 kg and First class is 50 kg.
Piece concept: You can check in a certain number of bags, and each bag has a weight allowance. Baggage allowance for economy class starts from 23kg, Business class 32kg, and First class is 32kg.

The Emirates' Skywards loyalty program offers passengers benefits and experiences that complement and make every trip more rewarding. Onboard Support
Emirates also offers some special assistance to fulfil passengers needs during their flight, such as medicine onboard and transportation, passengers who wish to bring their pet animals onboard and special assistance for unaccompanied minors and parents travelling with infants. If you wish to make arrangements for accessible travel or special requests, you can contact your local Emirates office, and they will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
