Travel Class
Norwegian Air International provides 2 travel classes:
Premium Class: All passengers in the Premium cabin can unwind in comfortable seats which come with extra comfort pillows. Guests are given complimentary drinks throughout the flight along with the best in-flight entertainment system. Long-Haul flights provide passengers with a 3-course Premium dinner and breakfast.
Economy Class: Norwegian Air International provides 3 fare types with the Economy cabin.
LowFare- Passenger can enjoy baggage allowance for checked in luggage along with Fast Track services upon arrival and one can choose from the onboard menu for a delicious meal.
LowFare+- This fare type allows passengers for 1 carry on and checked in luggage. Passengers can add on services such as travel blanket, headsets and Fast Track and priority boarding at an additional cost.
Flex- This fare type allows passengers to board with 1 carry on and 2 checked in luggage. Passengers are provided with Fast Track check in at select airports and advantage seat reservation.
Frequent Flyer Program
Norwegian Reward is the frequent flyer program which allows members earn CashPoints on flight bookings, hotels, car rentals, online shopping and offers from Norwegian Air's other partners. Members can exchange their CashPoints for flight tickets, extra baggage allowance, seat reservation, insurance cancellation and booking changes. Members of Norwiegn Rewards can also enjoy benefits with every sixth flight with them and have access to rewards such as 2% CashPoint boost, Free seat reservation, Fast Track service and free checked baggage.
Baggage allowance
Premium class passengers are allowed 2 bags of 20kgs for checked-in luggage and hand luggage of 10-15kgs.
Economy class passengers are allowed 20 - 40kgs for checked-in luggage which varies according to the fare type and hand luggage of 10kgs.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
In-Flight Services
Norwegian Air International provides passengers with three-course meals on long-haul flights which need to pre-ordered during reservation. Snacks and beverages are available on all flights with a buy-on-board menu. The airline offers Free WiFi on most flights in Europe along with Live TV news service. n is Norweign Air's inflight magazine which offers insight with its original content which can keep passengers entertained with quirky facts and travelogues.
Onboard support
Norwegian Air International provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. The Airport Customer Services units assist in check-in and departure procedures, receiving an unaccompanied minor, demonstration of seatbelt safety to children.
Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Norwegian Air International sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
